Currently, shipping is only available to the following countries: Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.

We aim to dispatch your orders within 24-42 hours of purchase for in stock items, and pre-order dispatch is in the item description box.

For orders outside Kuwait, customers can track their order using the tracking number sent to the registered email. Any and all customs and duties shall be paid by the customer.

Refunds/exchanges will only be issued if the return is made within 24 hours from time of delivery in Kuwait only.
